COMMUNITY SERVICE

GIVING TO OTHERS GIVES BACK TO US ALL

The DRG participates in service projects that benefit our community, such as food drives, United Way campaigns, and volunteering at community centers. Employees are encouraged to participate and to also provide suggestions for future projects.
Additionally, we have established a donation and sponsorship program fueled in large part by requests gleaned from our employees’ requests to contribute to events such as school fundraisers, charity walks, and youth athletic teams.

Yes, there is some paperwork…

but the goal of our onboarding program is to give you the resources, tools, support, and network you need to be successful. We strive to make you feel welcome on your first day and hope that our orientation and onboarding program ensures that you quickly feel “at home.” From day one, you will have the opportunity to engage with and learn from members of our staff – from peers on up to senior management. We support an open-door environment and want all employees, new and old, to feel comfortable speaking with any member of our team.

What you can expect:

  • Personalized orientation and training plan to guide you through the first week and beyond
  • One-on-one meetings with our senior staff
  • Daily (then weekly) meetings with your manager
  • New hire survey to find out how we’re doing after about three months (because surveys are kind of our thing)
