At The DRG, we are committed to helping businesses stay in touch with consumers and continue to hear their voice, in good times and bad. We have already taken a number of steps in support of our team, our clients, and focus event participants, with increased safety measures and operational changes. We will continue to do all we can to help navigate these uncertain times and adjust accordingly by following the best practices as stated in the re-open guidelines of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, as promoted by the Waukesha County Government

What we’re doing:
  • Screening staff and visitors for COVID-19 symptoms or recent history/encounters
  • Temperature screening of staff and visitors upon arrival to the facility
  • Increased cleanliness and frequency of sanitation between sessions
  • Metering guest locations for social distancing
  • Reducing touchpoints and the need to share resources
  • Assigning face masks and gloves to the staff
  • Making face masks and gloves available for all guests to use
  • Posting adequate signage to remind guests of proper behavior
  • Minimizing facility occupancy through creative scheduling and event sizing
