The DRG Welcomes Jill Carnick as Account Director
The Dieringer Research Group (The DRG), a marketing research consulting firm located in Brookfield, WI, welcomes Jill Carnick, who has joined the company as an Account Director.
Ms. Carnick brings more than 20 years of expertise as a researcher with a background in customer experience (CX), brand health tracking, journey mapping, loyalty, competitive benchmarking, and marketing communication effectiveness. She has established herself as a trusted consulting partner to clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare and financial services.

Prior to joining The DRG, Ms. Carnick held senior management positions at a market research supplier, where she led projects in their service division. Her research expertise is comprehensive, including qualitative and quantitative study design, interpretation of advanced statistical analysis, report development, and presentation of research findings.
In her new role as an Account Director at The DRG, Ms. Carnick will be responsible for fostering relationships with existing clients, coordinating with The DRG’s internal teams to design and implement research projects for her clients, and developing new business opportunities.
