The Dieringer Research Group Expands Its C-Suite and Senior Leadership

MILWAUKEE, WI, MARCH 1, 2021  Full-service marketing research consulting firm, The Dieringer Research Group, Inc. (The DRG), is pleased to announce three senior leadership promotions.

The DRG has promoted Shelley Ahrens to the role of Chief Customer Officer. Ahrens came to The DRG in 2000 and has contributed significantly to strengthen client relationships, nurture employee development, and drive the company’s growth. She has played a leading role in generating new business and helping position The DRG as a true competitor in its field. As Vice President of Research Services for the past five years, Ahrens led the company’s Research Services group ensuring clients receive the highest quality, data-driven insights and thought leadership at every turn. Her responsibilities as Chief Customer Officer will include continued leadership over The DRG’s strategic planning and development while cultivating the company’s customer-centric culture, driving enhancements to the client experience, and championing new product and service development.

Ron Rawski has been promoted to Chief Information Officer, formerly Vice President of Technology and Administrative Services. Rawski joined The DRG in 2001. Since then, he has contributed to the advancement of the company’s technological capabilities in countless ways. Key accomplishments include the virtualization of the server infrastructure, the migration of productivity and ERP systems to the cloud, plus the development and demonstration of a mature information security management system. In his position as Chief Information Officer, Rawski will be responsible for setting long-range objectives and strategies for The DRG’s technology investment and resource management. Specific areas of focus will involve optimizing internal solutions and designing customized technology platforms to elevate the client experience.

The company also promoted Nikki Riggleman, another tenured employee, from Senior Director to Vice President of Business Development. She began her career at The DRG in 1999 and has been a highly valued leader of the Business Development group for the past ten years. Riggleman has deep research experience having consulted with clients across a myriad of industries. Under her direction, sales have increased by double digits and in 2019 The DRG was named one of Wisconsin’s Fastest Growing Companies by the Milwaukee Business Journal. As Vice President of Business Development, her responsibilities will include cultivating strategic partnerships to expand The DRG’s service offerings and driving growth through operational efficiencies, while continuing to grow client relationships. She will also become a member of The DRG’s Senior Management Team where she will help shape the future direction of the company.
