Senior Product Analyst



As a Senior Product Analyst, you are responsible for building on The DRG’s marketing research knowledge and experience to develop new or refine existing products/services. You will partner with the Business Development, Marketing, and Client Services teams to bring these products to life and enable the organization to better support our clients’ needs. Our research projects span a wide range of industries including healthcare, health insurance, technology, banking/financial services, government, utilities, and manufacturing, to name a few.   • Gather business needs/requests from stakeholders across the organization and identify opportunities for innovative products to drive both our company and our clients forward
  • Work cross-functionally to prioritize products to meet internal needs and align with The DRG’s overall strategy
  • Develop a workplan for each research product including design, use, and benefit for both The DRG and clients
  • Develop and manage a forward-looking product development timeline identifying points that will require input, information or assistance from other team members
  • Ensure timely completion of projects throughout the product-development life cycle

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree: preferred majors include business, marketing and/or social science

Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years of marketing research experience


  • Innovative, collaborative, positive attitude, flexible and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Track record of building and leading innovative research initiatives focused on increasing revenue
  • Ability to effectively manage product development timeline to successfully bring products to life
  • Desire to be part of a positive, collaborative, results-oriented team

Hours: Salaried, 30 hours per week with benefits, with potential to grow to 40 hours
