Senior Data and Programming Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data and Programming Analyst to join our team!


As a Senior Data and Programming Analyst, excellent attention to detail, focus on quality, and resolving data challenges will be top priority as you work collaboratively with team members to ensure that projects run smoothly. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of quantitative and qualitative research projects in a wide range of industries, including: healthcare, health insurance, technology, banking/financial services, government, utilities and manufacturing, to name a few.


  • Program, test, and monitor questionnaire scripts containing complex logical skip patterns and quota management using multiple software packages
  • Process and manage databases using SQL, Microsoft Excel, and/or Access
  • Create high quality data files and cross-tabulations
  • Work closely with project management and research analysts to ensure programming and data requirements are met

Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree; preferred majors but not required include: Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Statistics, Mathematics, Social Sciences

Experience Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience

Desired Skills:

  • Required:
    • Microsoft Office
    • SPSS or other statistical software (SAS, R or similar)
  • Preferred:
    • HTML, ASP, XML
    • SQL
    • WinCross


  • The ability to quickly and accurately assess situations and determine critical next steps to ensure projects run smoothly and are of the highest quality
  • A positive attitude and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
