Senior Marketing Research Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Research Analyst to join our team!


As a Senior Marketing Research Analyst you will work closely with senior team leaders to ensure clients’ research needs are being met on a variety of quantitative and qualitative projects in a wide range of industries, including: healthcare, health insurance, technology, banking/financial services, government, utilities, and manufacturing, to name a few. Your creative and analytical skills will be used to solve our clients’ most challenging problems, and your attention to detail and time management skills will ensure that projects stay on schedule and on budget.


  • Consulting with clients on questionnaire design and analysis planning. Listening and asking questions to fully understand our clients’ business issues. Maintaining and strengthening client relationships by sharing our collective experience gained through 45 years of marketing research.
  • Coordinating and managing survey research projects on time and on budget, working closely with project team members. Overseeing all operational components of projects (online survey programming, sample management, data processing and coding).
  • Analyzing and interpreting survey results; preparing client reports and presentations.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in marketing research field; supplier side experience preferred, but not required

Desired Skills:

  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with statistical software (SAS, SPSS, R or similar)
  • Experience with advanced analytics (i.e., regression, factor analysis, segmentation, advanced functions in SPSS/SAS/R) preferred, but not required


  • Experience developing questionnaires and creating insights that meet client objectives
  • Ability to use creativity to develop compelling stories (both written and visual) based on the research
  • Enjoy juggling many research projects in a fast-paced, team environment while building professional relationships

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
