We are committed to providing a secure electronic environment. Please note the following features of our service:

Data Encryption

The Dieringer Research Group, Inc. uses the Internet security called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption supplied by Verisign. When data is encrypted, the information is scrambled in such a way that no one other than the person logging into the account can view your company or personal information. You will know that your connection is secure when an unbroken key or locked padlock icon appears at the bottom of your browser. Please be advised that the home page www.thedrg.com is not a secure page, but the Web page that prompts you for your Username and Password utilizes the SSL encryption technology. In order to view the information on our site, you will need a browser that supports 128-bit encryption which is required to view the DORSM securely. If you need assistance getting the appropriate browser, call The DRG Technical Services 888-432-5220 for technical support.

Secure Electronic Transmission

The Dieringer Research Group, Inc. safely transmits any confidential information by using leading encryption technology developed by PGP Corporation. PGP encryption is an industry leader, used by 90% of the Fortune 100 companies. Whether being transmitted via FTP, e-mail, or disk, files are secured with a strong, pre-shared, 128-bit encryption key. For more information on PGP technology, visit www.PGP.com.

User Authentication

When you subscribe to the DORSM, you are issued a Username and Password. You will be required to enter this User Name and Password every time you log in to your account. You can change your Password any time by calling The DRG Technical Service 888-432-5220. If you elect to change your Password, we recommend using a combination of numbers and letters unknown to anyone else. Keep your Username and Password private. The Dieringer Research Group, Inc. bears no responsibility for the misuse of an account that results from an act of sharing personal login information with another individual or group.

As an additional measure of security, the system interprets three attempts to enter the incorrect Password as an attempted break-in to the account, and the Username is automatically deactivated. If your Password is deactivated, you will need to call The DRG Technical Service at 888-432-5220.
